Return Policy

We understand that not every purchase works out, which is why our team aims to make your return experience as easy and seamless as possible.

You may return your item for a replacement or full refund within 30 days of purchase.
If the item is defective, you have up to 60 days to request a return.

If your product does not qualify for a return, our warranty and product support team is ready to assist you with troubleshooting or repair guidance.

Return Eligibility
Please note that returns may be rejected if the product falls under any of the following conditions:

  • The product was not purchased from Oceanvista.

  • The return is missing original accessories, including box, manuals, parts, or other items that came with the product.

  • The product has been tampered with or altered in any way.

  • The returned item does not match the original product purchased.

  • The return is received more than 14 days after return approval.

Return Processing Time
Returns are monitored at every step, and you will receive status updates via email.
Once your return is received, please allow up to 7 business days for us to inspect and verify the contents of the package.
